Do you have any experience with adult trikes? I have a back end of an old trike that doesn’t have a sprocket. I’d like to run the drive train with just the pedal crank and then directly to the rear sprocket (single speed). The frame I’m using is homemade and doesn’t attach to the rear end like an off the shelf adult trike.

I have an adult trike that I may be doing some maintenance on and will try to make a video.

Not enough attention is paid to the needs of the first time tricyclist, OK second time, but that first one was a pedal powered LION me brother and me were given second hand when we were seven, the chain was always loose so we used to freewheel down slopes and then, whoseever turn it was one pushed the other back up the road. . . Now I am groan to a man have a brand new Kentex Classic 24″ and Tricycles.co.uk do not produce maintenance/care manuals. I have to guess the torque for the nuts etc and if there was a spanner set provided it has been lost with the courier. i am hoping BicycleTutor.com is the oasis of tricycling sanity I need to start enjoying my journeying properly and stop having to adapt/translate bicycle talking into tricycle knowing.
