Can you explain how you can tell if the cassette is worn and requires replacement? I'm asking because I just went through lots of aggravation over my Record cassette. I was having trouble upshifting (from the smaller to larger cog) between the 3rd and 4th gear on both chain rings. This only happened after I switched from FSA cranks with a SRAM narrow chain to Record compact with a narrow Record chain. I checked cables, derailleur adjustment and every friend I knew and got numerous opinions. Finally, I borrowed someone's wheel with a new Record cassette and...perfect shifting.
