I enjoy working on beach cruisers and the one that I am working on in particular has breaks that are applied using the pedals. I have taken the back apart, and am pretty sure how to get it back together, but it would be great if you could do a video ono overhauling a bike that uses this type of system.

I also enjoy riding and working on my beach cruiser. But I pulled apart the coaster brake assembly to grease the bearings and I think I put it back together correctly but It tend to drag a bit after I apply the brakes and the brake bar?? that bolts to the frame will not move freely like my wife’s identical bike, so I am thinking something is a miss! Would love to see how it is done successfully. My wife won’t let me pull hers a part to see how it all fits, and I don’t blame her… lol… thanks for a great site!
