		<description>Perhaps another tutorial could be about Bull Horns cut from drop bars I&#039;ve been seeing them pop up on multi-speed bikes too besides fixies and SS. There are some fine point involved for example where to cut and fitting your break levers on both the traditional way pointing towards the rear and also pointing backwards like another mini set of horns. Plus the angle of the bars upon completion. I&#039;m sure there are many horns out there in the trash.</description>
