What is this whole thing? A cassette? A freehub? I tried watching the turorial videos on removal but the thing in the red circle is still in there and doesn't seem to be on any tutorial videos I watched. How do I remove the thing in the red circle?

Recently we had the Fox Shox Clinic and were taught how to do a complete overhaul of fox forks. One thing many riders neglect is to change their oil and it is a 10 minute process. If you go here there is the full manual on how fox does everything. I asked if you could get the videos and text and they said that is not allowed because there are changes, but, a savvy affiliate could make a video of a fox shox oil change and possibly increase traffic, cause nobody really trusts themselves to do it.
