   On my mountain bike I have front suspension with rubbery concertina covering. There are no adjuster knobs at the top of the forks. Can I adjust the suspension? At the moment I am being bounced about but that might be my tyre pressure – something else I need to learn how to check!

    I was wondering if you need to adjust or top up the air in the rear suspension periodically? Do you have to have a special pump for it or can you get away with a regular tire pump?
