I think this kind of tutorial would be useful for helping to fit a bike to yourself without having to pay to do so, even if it is just general guidelines.

A brilliant website and superb video guides.

I've seen on a number of forums people asking how to raise the height of handlebars on theadless headset (aheadset).
Many people advise to buy either an extender, riser bar or a longer stem but they never explain how to install one.

If you could show it, that would be excellent!

Fantastic site with plenty of informative tutorials.

Me too would like to see a tutorial on what should be the height of my handle bar vis-a-vis my saddle. I ride a Scott Aspect bike.

Cheers!

I would like to see a video on adjusting the handlebar height on a mountain bike. My wife's Rockhopper's handlebars are a bit low.

I have a Trek 7500. There doesn't seem to be an adjustment for changing the handlebar height. If there is, how do you do it?

I have tried simple adjustments to the angle of her handlebars, but I think I would like to increase the height of them. I am not sure with her stem if this is simple a matter of loosening it or if I have to buy spacers or what not. I have old school bikes with old school headsets and I have never worked with one like this before. Can you give me some advice?
