How is saddle width measured? I’m 250lbs and don’t know whether to get the 130mm or 143mm Specialized Phenom SL saddle.
I’m 5″6″ 120lbs and I also have no idea what saddles are appropriate. Brooks saddles confuse me. I’ve also heard men should get thinner saddles and women should get wider ones?
